If you're wondering about what has changed since our big re-work in January, the answer is not much. We've just gone ahead and highlighted the separation of the leadership tiers from the our Planetside 2 ranking system to clarify that TxR leaders can come from places other than Planetside 2.

Question about that:

I was an NCO for over a year, then took a hiatus for about 6 months. These days however I have little interest in Squad Leading in PS2 but a great deal of interest in helping organize/build up our ArcheAge guild.

Do I apply for Sergeant, a PS2 based rank or Tier 1 Leadership or just not worry about it and stay Specialist?
